Refund Policy

Cancellation by the registrant before 31st March - 50% of the fee will be refunded

Cancellation by the registrant between 1st April and 10th April - 25% of the fee will be refunded

Cancellation by the registrant after 10th April - No refund

In case of cancellation of conference due to unavoidable reasons full registration fee will be refunded after deduction of GST as applicable in accordance with govt. norms.

All refunds will be processed only after the conference is over.

Accommodation

All attempts will be made to honour accommodation request of the registrants, but the organising committee will not be liable in case the same cannot be done due to any reasons.

Covid

Registrants have to follow all covid appropriate behaviour at all the times.
